SitePREP®4.1.2935 - App Store

SitePREP enables users to collect, compile and distribute informative, photo-driven reports quickly and easily, right from their mobile device. It was developed by civil engineers who were frustrated by the lack of proper tools to quickly and accurately document project sites and generate reports right from the field.

With SitePREP, engineers, inspectors, public safety officers and contractors can quickly catalog environmental conditions and collect field data by taking photos and capturing specific notes, observations, measurements and tasks with important details right on the job site. In addition, metadata including GPS location and direction are automatically captured for each photo. All photos are automatically plotted on a satellite map for reference and use.

Once data collection is complete, photos (including corresponding details) are compiled in a report document that can be quickly emailed from the mobile device on the job site or exported into popular word processing applications for additional editing and distribution.

SitePREP dramatically reduces the time required to collect and distribute information, while increasing the accuracy of field status reports and improving employee productivity.

This enhancement will allow the user to capture a location with GPS coordinates that will be displayed
on both the maps and reporting outputs. We have also included a CSV Report output specific to this
feature.
The app has an off/on setting for location capture as well as a setting to display the location capture as
imperial or metric.
The location capture allows for input of target accuracy, metric or imperial settings, and a description
text field.
This release also includes saving images as files in a directory and linking to geodata. The project icon is
no longer active when the user has an item under the menu selected. Additionally, a screen scroll was
added to the project list to allow the user to see the entire screen when dragging and dropping projects,
folders, and subfolders. Minor bug fixes include text wrap of an edited folder name, edit folder max
character limit, and spacing consistency with projects page during expansion of folders and subfolders. 4.1.2934 11/16/2023 This new build allows users to import all overlay types from a KMZ. This includes point, polygons, polylines and ground overlays. Available on the overlay management screen as well as flutter maps. We have also overhauled the backup management screen to support scoped storage requirements. Other enhancements include driving directions for datapoints and points from KMZs.
